2) Counter-Notification
If your content was removed or disabled because of a DMCA notice and you believe this happened by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Details of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal (the specific URL).
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.

3) What Happens Next
- When we receive a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the reported material and inform the person who posted it.
- When we receive a valid counter-notification, we will pass it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant tells us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the removed material.
4) Repeat Infringer Policy
Where appropriate, and at our discretion, we may suspend or end the access of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
5) Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages. Please make sure you have a good-faith basis before filing.
